The generator sealing oil system is one of the important systems used to maintain the sealing performance of the oil seal rings of the generator. During the operation of the generator, seal rings are required internally to ensure sealing between rotating components (such as bearings) and stationary components (such as casings). These seal rings need to maintain a certain vacuum state to prevent impurities such as external air and moisture from entering the interior of the generator, thereby ensuring normal operation and extending equipment life.

The vacuum pump 30SPEN can extract air and moisture from the inside of the generator. It can create a low-pressure environment in the generator sealing oil system, allowing the sealing oil to form a normal vacuum state. This can reduce the leakage and loss of the oil seal ring, improve the sealing effect, and protect the normal operation of the internal components of the generator.

The second function of the vacuum pump 30SPEN is to help eliminate gases and pollutants from the seal ring, providing a clean working environment. Maintain the normal working status of the oil seal of the generator to ensure its reliability and performance.
