Description
Tempered glass accessories SFD-SW32-(ABC) is mainly used for the observation hole water level gauge of high-temperature and high-pressure steam boilers in thermal power plants, and the observation plate of electric heaters. It has characteristics such as transparency, wave transmission, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, insulation, smoothness and clarity, low high-frequency dielectric loss, and elasticity. It can be used in working environments such as high-frequency media, high-temperature vacuum, high-temperature and high-pressure, strong acids and alkalis. And it has transparent, separable, elastic and other characteristics, and does not affect its chemical properties and optical transparency even under rapid changes in temperature and pressure. Therefore, it is an excellent material for protective lining in high-pressure steam boiler water level gauges in thermal power plants, refineries, chemical plants, and other industries.
Technical requirements
1. The thickness of Tempered glass accessories SFD-SW32-(ABC) is 1.5mm, with a pressure greater than 16MPa, a thickness of 2mm, a pressure greater than 25MPa, a thickness of 2.5mm, and a pressure greater than 32MPa. The specific thickness of the prepared components is determined based on user requirements and the size and pressure of the power plant's mechanical and electrical components.
2. The length error of mica sheets used for water level gauges shall not exceed 0.5mm, the width error shall not exceed 0.3mm, and the thickness of a single sheet shall be within 0.1-0.25mm.
3. The surface of the mica sheet must be free of impurities, scratches, spots, sand holes, layering, and ripples, and must be transparent and have good clarity.
4. The inner and outer burrs of mica sheets shall not exceed 3mm, and the length of missing corners and bevels shall not exceed 8mm. Each sheet shall not have more than 2 spots.
5. A small amount of spots, bubbles, and slight ripples are allowed within the protective layer within a distance of 6mm from the edge, but fuzzing, faults, and severe stems are not allowed. Slight knife marks and red and green threads are allowed within the usage area, but bubbles and spots of any shape are not allowed.
NOTES
1. Level gauge should be cooled down for 24 hours before installing the tempered glass accessories SFD-SW32-(ABC). Or it will damage the graphite spacer and cause leakage.
2. Tighten the nuts on diagonal position alternatively with a torque wrench in the order of 60, 90, 100~105 Newtons. Then tighten them again diagonally and evenly at 100~105 Newtons. After that, open the water valve to 1/4 and the steam valve to 1/5. Preheat for 40 minutes. If there is no leakage, fully open all the valves.
