1. Overspeed protection:

Overspeed protection refers to the system’s ability to automatically take measures to prevent equipment damage or safety accidents caused by overspeed when the speed of rotating machinery exceeds the set safety limit. The HY-01 intelligent tachometer, with its built-in overspeed protection function, can quickly respond when the speed exceeds the preset dangerous value. This is usually achieved by triggering the alarm indicator light, the hazard indicator light to light up, and the action of the alarm relay or hazard relay. These signals can be used to cut off power, stop fuel supply, or other necessary emergency shutdown measures to protect the safety of equipment and operators.

2. Speed alarm:

The speed alarm function refers to the system’s ability to issue a warning signal when the speed of a rotating machinery reaches or exceeds the set alarm value. The HY-01 intelligent tachometer has two speed alarm limits, one is the alarm value and the other is the danger value. When the speed exceeds the alarm value, the system will issue a warning through the alarm indicator light and the alarm relay action, reminding the operator to pay attention that the speed has approached or reached the critical point. If the speed continues to rise to a dangerous value, the system will issue a more serious warning through the hazard indicator light and the action of the hazard relay, indicating that the equipment is in an overspeed state and immediate measures need to be taken to prevent possible damage or accidents.
