The lubricating oil system is composed of lubricating oil tank, main oil pump, auxiliary oil pump, oil cooler, oil filter (lubricating oil filter element LY-48/25W), high-level oil tank, valve and pipeline. The lubricating oil tank is a lubricating oil supply, recovery, settlement and storage equipment, which contains a cooler. The cooler is used to cool the lubricating oil after the oil outlet pump to control the oil temperature entering the bearing.
The lubricating oil filter element LY-48/25W of the lubricating oil system is mainly used to filter the impurities and pollutants in the lubricating oil to prevent them from entering the pump and damaging the pump parts. The working principle of filter element is generally divided into the following steps:

3. Cleaning: With the increase of service time, the filter element will gradually accumulate impurities and pollutants, resulting in a decline in the filter efficiency of the filter element.
Therefore, it is necessary to replace the filter element regularly to maintain the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and the normal operation of the engine.
