The working logic of the isolation valve F3DG5S2-062A-220AC-50-DFZK-V/B08 is as follows:

  1. 1. During normal operation: The solenoid valve is in a closed state, and the hydraulic motor is feeding oil normally to maintain system oil pressure. At this point, the isolation solenoid valve does not operate.
  2. 2. Emergency situation: When the system oil pressure drops or reaches a preset value, the control system sends a signal to energize the solenoid valve. After being powered on, the iron core inside the solenoid valve is subjected to electromagnetic force, which drives the valve stem to move and quickly cuts off the oil inlet of the hydraulic motor.
  3. 3. Safety oil circuit connection: After the solenoid valve cuts off the oil inlet of the hydraulic motor, connect the safety oil to the oil outlet of the electromagnetic quick closing valve. In this way, the safety oil of the hydraulic motor can flow out smoothly, preventing the system oil pressure from continuing to decrease, and ensuring the safety of the equipment.
  4. 4. Testing: In order to ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve, regular testing is required. During the test, the intermediate oil pressure change is detected through pressure switches S4 or S5 to determine whether the solenoid valve can effectively operate.
  5. 5. Fault failure: If the solenoid valve fails, it may lead to the risk of unit overspeed and “turbine water shock” accidents. Therefore, the solenoid valve should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure its normal operation.
