The function of the 30-WS sealing oil vacuum pump is to create a high vacuum in the sealing oil vacuum tank, extract the water and gas precipitated from the oil and the vacuum pump works continuously to maintain the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank. Extract and discharge air and moisture (water vapor). In order to accelerate the release of air and water from the oil, multiple nozzles are installed inside the vacuum tank. The oil that enters the vacuum tank is replenished through the nozzle at the refueling pipe end, and the recycled oil is diffused through the nozzle at the recirculation pipe end, accelerating the separation of air and water from the oil.
Maintenance
In order to maintain the normal operation of the vacuum pump, regular maintenance and upkeep are required. The following are precautions for maintenance of the 30-WS spare vacuum pump:
1. Regularly replace the oil seal and oil, and it is usually recommended to replace it once after 200 hours of use. If your work environment is harsh, it is recommended to replace the oil seal and oil more frequently.

3. Regularly check the inlet and outlet of the vacuum pump to ensure that they are not blocked or contaminated. If there are pollutants, they need to be cleaned up in a timely manner.
4. Regularly check the motor and drive system of the vacuum pump to ensure their normal operation. If there are problems, they need to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
