The solenoid directional valve DG4V 3 0A M U D6 60 is a common hydraulic control component that controls the fluid direction and pressure in a hydraulic system through the attraction of the solenoid. The valve interior has a sealed chamber, which has openings at different positions, each connecting to a different oil pipe. There is a piston in the middle of the chamber, with two solenoids on each side of the piston. As a result, the piston closes the opposing oil discharge port while opening the other side’s oil discharge port, thereby switching the flow direction of the hydraulic oil.

 

In the solenoid directional valve, the oil inlet is typically always open, allowing the hydraulic oil to freely enter the chamber. As the piston moves, the hydraulic oil flows into different oil discharge pipes, thereby driving the piston of the cylinder. The piston rod is connected to the piston, and the movement of the piston rod transfers power to drive the mechanical device to work.

 

By controlling the on and off of the solenoid’s electricity, the movement of the mechanical device can be precisely controlled. When the solenoid coil is powered, the piston is attracted, switching the oil discharge ports and thus changing the direction of the hydraulic oil, driving the mechanical device to perform specific actions. When the solenoid coil is de-energized, the piston returns to the middle position under the action of the reset spring, returning to the initial state, ready for the next action.
