Influence of Response Time on TDZ-1E-32 Displacement Sensor Performance

For DEH system of steam turbine, the displacement sensor TDZ-1E-32 is required to be able to respond quickly to achieve high precision and real-time performance. Response time has an important influence on the performance of linear displacement sensors. The response time is the time delay between the sensor receiving the input signal and generating the corresponding output.
