Relief Valve YF-B10H2-S: Guardian in Hydraulic Systems

The relief valve YF-B10H2-S has become an important component of hydraulic systems due to its excellent performance and reliable stability. It can ensure the safe and stable operation of the system in high-pressure environments, and provide precise pressure control for the system, making it an indispensable component of hydraulic systems. It adopts a balanced piston mechanism, mainly composed of valve body, piston, spring, adjusting nut, overflow port, and control port.

1. Valve body: The valve body is the base of the relief valve, used to fix and support the working components of the entire valve.

2. Pistons: The piston is located inside the valve body and usually has a seal between it and the valve body to ensure no leakage under working pressure. The piston can move in response to pressure changes in the hydraulic system.

3. Spring: The spring is usually located above the piston and is used to apply a constant force to the piston in a non working state to determine the opening pressure of the relief valve.

4. Adjusting the nut: Connect the nut to the piston and rotate the nut to change the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the piston, thereby adjusting the opening pressure of the relief valve.

5. Overflow port: The overflow port is connected to the top or side of the valve body. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, excess hydraulic oil will flow back to the oil tank through the overflow port to maintain a constant system pressure.

6. Control port: If the valve is used for remote control or unloading, there will also be one or more control ports to receive signals from other control components to adjust or control the working status of the valve.

 

When the system is working normally, hydraulic oil enters the valve body through the inlet port P and is divided into two parts: one part flows to the working part of the system, and the other part flows to the spring through the channel above the piston. When the system pressure reaches the force set by the spring, the piston will be pushed, opening the overflow port and allowing excess hydraulic oil to flow back to the oil tank, thereby maintaining a constant system pressure. By rotating the adjusting nut, the pre tightening force of the spring can be changed, thereby adjusting the opening pressure of the relief valve.
