The HF02-02-01Y shut-off valve is mainly used as the actuator of the EH oil control system, suitable for 660MW and below units. It is mainly used to quickly cut off the oil inlet of the hydraulic servomotor during load shedding or trip conditions, to avoid a decrease in system oil pressure due to the transient oil consumption caused by the quick closing of the hydraulic servomotor. The actuator control type, also known as servo type, can control the steam valve at any intermediate position and proportionally adjust the inlet steam volume to meet the needs. The Shutoff valve HF02-02-01Y, also called unloading valve, as the name suggests, is a valve that unloads a hydraulic pump under specific conditions. The Shutoff valve HF02-02-01Y is usually an overflow valve with a two position two way valve (usually a solenoid valve). Its function is to set the main pressure of the system (oil pump) when not unloading. When the unloading state (converted by the action of the two position two way valve), the pressure oil directly returns to the oil tank, and the oil pump pressure drops to approximately zero to achieve some circuit control, improve the oil pump life, and reduce power consumption. It is belonging to a merged circuit in a circuit. The Shutoff valve HF02-02-01Y, also known as the pressure reducing valve, is used to adjust the pressure required for the actuator. It is connected in series in the circuit and is generally not interchangeable.

Function

The HF02-02-01Y shutoff valve mainly has the following functions in the turbine EH oil system:

 

1. Control fuel flow and adjust system operating parameters. By manually or automatically opening and closing the shutoff valve, the fuel flow rate of each branch of the EH oil system is controlled, and the working parameters such as system pressure and flow rate are adjusted to ensure safe and stable operation of the system.

2. Isolate the system for maintenance and repair. By closing the shutoff valve, a certain part or individual equipment of the EH oil system can be isolated for maintenance, replacement, and other work without affecting the normal operation of the system.

3. Prevent accidents and protect equipment safety. In the event of pipeline rupture or other unexpected accidents in the EH oil system, timely closing the shutoff valve can cut off the flow of fuel, prevent accidents from expanding, and protect the safety of system equipment.

4. Diversion control to optimize system performance. By setting the opening of different shutoff valves, it is possible to achieve split flow control of fuel flow in the EH oil system, optimize the flow distribution of the system, and improve system performance.

5. Implement cascade control of the system. Multiple shutoff valves are installed in the EH oil system to achieve cascade control of the system, thereby flexibly regulating the working status of the system and meeting the needs of different operating conditions.
