Function
Oil water alarm level switch OWK-1G, which has magnetic memory function and consists of two parts: contact and magnetic contact. When the magnetic contact moves parallel to the magnetic memory contact and reaches point A, the magnetic memory contact acts by magnetic coupling. After the action, the magnetic memory contact leaves the magnetic memory contact and remains in the magnetic memory action holding state. Only when the magnetic contact moves back and the magnetic coupling passes through the action point can the magnetic memory contact return to its original state. Even if the magnetic contact leaves, it remains in this state and remains unchanged. So when the magnetic contact moves back and forth relative to the magnetic contact, it can send out a dynamic closing and breaking signal of the contact.
Installation and usage methods
When installing the oil water alarm level switch OWK-1G, the magnetic contact is fixed on the bracket (or equipment), while the magnetic contact is fixed on the moving component, so that the distance between the two can be maintained at 0-6mm. Then adjust the magnetic contact to make the magnetic contact reach the action position. At this time, the switch is in the forced magnetic memory working condition, with strong seismic resistance. Finally, fix the magnetic contact and put it into use.
