The solenoid valve coil CCP115D is an individually removable coil accessory produced by Parker Company. It is widely used in the AST (Auto-Stop Trip) system and OPC (Over-Pressure Protection Circuit) module of power plants.

The working principle of the solenoid valve coil CCP115D is based on electromagnetic induction. When current passes through the coil, a magnetic field is generated, and the magnetic lines pass through the magnetic circuit in the valve, causing magnetic force to act on the magnetic valve core or valve disc, causing it to move to open or close the valve channel. When the current is interrupted, the magnetic field disappears and the magnetic valve core or disc returns to its original position by spring force or other mechanical mechanisms, thus closing the valve channel.

 

Solenoid valve coil CCP115D plays an important role in the AST and OPC modules of power plants. The AST system is responsible for quickly and safely stopping steam turbine operation in emergency situations to prevent equipment overload or damage. The OPC system is used for over-voltage protection to ensure that the system can automatically activate the safety mechanism when the pressure is abnormal to avoid equipment damage and personal injury.
