The QXF-5 charging valve is a one-way valve used to charge nitrogen into an accumulator. This valve is installed at the gas inlet of the bladder type accumulator, and is inflated with the help of an inflation tool. After inflation is completed, the valve can close itself after removing the inflation tool, ensuring the stability and safety of the accumulator during inflation and release. The charging range of the accumulator charging valve QXF-5 is 4~40Mpa, which is suitable for most NXQ series accumulators.

To understand the working principle of the inflation valve, one must first familiarize oneself with its structure. The QXF inflation valve has a simple structure, consisting of a valve body, diaphragm, and spring. It is compact in size and easy to install and replace.

Working principle of air inlet valve QXF-5:

-The charging valve is a one-way valve that allows gas to flow into the bladder of the accumulator from the charging port, but prevents gas from flowing back into the charging port from inside the accumulator.

-When gas is injected into the inflation port, the pressure of the airflow causes the valve to open, allowing the gas to flow into the bladder of the accumulator.

-When the airflow stops or reaches the preset pressure, the action of the spring causes the valve to close, preventing gas from flowing back.

-When it is necessary to release the gas in the accumulator, simply rotate the gas valve to open the inflation port to release the gas.
