The air respirator BR110+EF6-8 of the EH oil tank of the steam turbine is used to maintain the internal pressure balance of the EH oil tank and prevent moisture, dust, and other impurities from entering the oil tank and polluting the oil. Yoyik reminds that the following precautions should be taken when using the BR110 air filter:

1. Pay attention to the installation position: The BR110 air breather should be installed on the top or side of the fuel tank to facilitate the entry and exit of air. Ensure good ventilation between the respirator and the surrounding environment to avoid excessive dust accumulation or blockage, which may affect the normal operation of the respirator.

2. Sealing inspection: Before normal operation, the sealing of the BR110 air filter element should be checked to ensure that it can effectively prevent moisture and particulate matter from entering the fuel tank. Check if the sealing gasket or O-ring of the air filter is intact and replace it as necessary.

3. Maintenance: Regularly clean and inspect the filter element to ensure its smoothness and normal operation. Remove dust and impurities from the respirator to avoid blockage. Be careful not to directly blow clean the filter element with compressed air to avoid damaging internal components.

4. Life detection: The BR110 respirator usually has a certain service life, and exceeding its lifespan may lead to performance degradation and inability to maintain normal air pressure balance in the fuel tank.
