Characteristics and Usage
Surface cover epoxy air-dry varnish 1504 has good anti-mold, moisture-proof, and chemical corrosion resistance. After drying, the paint film is flat and bright, and has good adhesion to various substrates. Epoxy air-dry varnish 1504 is suitable for various F-class motors, electrical appliances, transformers, and other work pieces that are not easy to bake insulation treatment, or for repairing insulation treatment of F-class electrical appliances.

Performance
Epoxy resin contains unique epoxy groups, active groups, hydroxyl groups, ether bonds, and other functional groups, thus possessing many excellent properties. Compared with other thermosetting resins, epoxy resins have many types and brands, and their properties also vary.
Performances of surface cover epoxy air-dry varnish 1504:
(1) High mechanical performance. Epoxy resin has strong cohesive force and dense molecular structure, so its mechanical properties are higher than those of general thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin and unsaturated polyester.
(2) Excellent bonding performance. The active epoxy groups, hydroxyl groups, ether bonds, amine bonds, ester bonds, and other functional groups in the epoxy curing system endow the epoxy curing product with high adhesive strength. In addition, it has high bonding strength and other mechanical properties, so its bonding performance is particularly strong and can be used as a structural adhesive.
(3) Low curing shrinkage. The product has stable size, low internal stress, and is not prone to cracking.
