Test method
1. Appearance: evaluated by naked eye observation.
2. Solid content: Mix the A and B components of generator stator RTV epoxy adhesive J0708 according to the required ratio and stir evenly. Add 1.5-2g of adhesive to the container to evenly distribute it at the bottom of the container. Leave it in air for 30 minutes and then horizontally place it in a 120 ℃± 5 ℃ oven for 2 hours. After taking out the sample, cool it in a dryer to room temperature, and then weigh and calculate.
3. Surface resistivity: After stirring the RTV epoxy adhesive J0708 evenly, apply it to the insulation board, dry it at room temperature for 2 hours, then place it in an oven and bake it at 120 ℃± 2 ℃ for 2 hours, then naturally cool to room temperature; According to the requirements of GB 1410, the surface resistivity of the sample is tested at room temperature using a high resistance meter and a standard three electrode system, with a test voltage of 500V DC.
