Solvent-free RTV Epoxy adhesive 53841YR is mainly composed of low viscosity epoxy resin and liquid anhydride, without other diluents. It has low curing volatiles and meets environmental requirements. Therefore, it has gradually been applied and recognized in China.
The Solvent-free RTV Epoxy adhesive 53841YR has high mechanical strength and dielectric properties, good heat resistance, heat resistance grade F. The product does not contain active diluent and has no skin irritation.
The adhesive is suitable for the end spacer pad, coil fixing and other gluing of stator winding of large steam turbine generator units.

Usage
Solvent-free RTV Epoxy adhesive 53841YR needs to be prepared on site during use. Firstly, slowly introduce component B into component A, stir thoroughly, and mix evenly before use. After each dispensing, it should be used up within the applicable period.
Packaging & Storage
The Solvent-free RTV Epoxy adhesive 53841YR is packed in sealed polyethylene plastic packaging.
The adhesive can be stored for 6 months at room temperature. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if passing re-examination.
