ZS-04 Rotational Speed Sensor

Short Description:

The ZS-04 electromagnetic rotational speed sensor is a cost-effective, versatile universal speed sensor for measuring the rotational speed of magnetically conductive objects. It uses a non-contact measurement method to measure the frequency of the speed measuring gear or the key phase. The rotational speed signal is converted into a corresponding electrical pulse signal for use in measuring the rotational speed of the electronic device. The sensor uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to output a frequency signal proportional to the rotational speed. The shell is made of threaded stainless steel, sealed inside, and can withstand high temperature. The lead wire is a special shielded flexible metal wire with strong anti-interference performance.

Attentions of ZS-04 Rotational Speed Sensor

● The metal shield wire in the sensor output line should be grounded.
● Do not use or place in a strong magnetic environment with a temperature above 250℃.
● Avoid strong collisions during installation and transportation.
● When the measured shaft jumps loudly, the gap should be properly enlarged to avoid damage.
● In order to be used in harsh environments, the sensor is sealed after assembly and debugging, so it cannot be repaired.
