Features of Igniter Gun 1800mm for Power Plant Boiler

The igniter of power plant boilers generally uses a high-energy ignition gun as the ignition component. The material of the ignition rod is stainless steel, with semiconductor discharge. The discharge form is surface discharge, which is resistant to moisture and carbon deposition and has self-cleaning ability. Moreover, there is no need to adjust the ignition distance during the ignition process, making it very convenient to use and has a long service life.

The ignition end of the high-energy ignition rod is made of high-temperature resistant alloy which can withstand temperatures up to 1300 ℃. It is resistant to carbon deposition and coking, and has self-cleaning ability. Moreover, the ignition distance does not need to be adjusted during ignition.

The ignition rod is a non-standard product that is processed and customized. When making a ignition gun, there are several important parameters that need to be confirmed in advance: the diameter, length, and on-site installation method of the ignition rod.

How to confirm the insertion length? The ignition rod ignition end is installed 30-50mm in front of the injection nozzle, which is a reference value. At the same time, the position of the ignition rod should be determined based on the on-site air fuel ratio. Regular length of ignition gun includes: 1800mm, 2000mm, 2800mm, 3000mm, etc.

The diameter of the ignition rod is commonly used in three specifications: φ12, φ16, andφ18. The length and installation method of the ignition rod can be customized according to customer requirements.

Kind reminder: The interior of the high-energy ignition rod is entirely made of porcelain parts. It is important to handle it gently during use to avoid breaking the porcelain parts and affecting normal use.
