Short Description:

Turning solenoid valve 23D-63B is designed for turbine steering control. Turning gear is a driving device that drives the shaft system to rotate before and after the steam turbine generator unit is started and stopped. The turning gear is installed on the rear bearing box cover between the turbine and the generator. When it is necessary to rotate, first pull out the safety pin, push the handle and hand turn the motor coupling until the meshing gear is fully meshed with the rotating gear. When the handle is pushed to the working position, the contact of the travel switch is closed and the steering power supply is connected. After the motor is started at full speed, it drives the turbine rotor to rotate.

Summary

Direction of hydraulic fluid is mostly reversed by electric control. Directional solenoid valve is connected to the electrical control system and hydraulic system. It uses electrical components to send out the signal, through the action of electromagnet, making the solenoid valve core move to reverse the oil circuit, so as to achieve the start, stop and directional control of hydraulic mechanism. It can also be used as pilot valve for high power hydraulic valves.
